Bane Addition / Exterior Remodel

On this project we added a great room, bar, and bathroom. We also replaced all the windows, soffits, and siding on the existing house. The great room has a heated tile floor and cathedral ceiling with beams.

This is a panoramic photo of a 24'x36' great room. In the photo we are finishing the install of the 22"x22" ceramic tile. The tile is warmed using Schluter's Ditra-Heat system.

Great room tile

Installing 6" LP Smartside pre-finished by Diamond Kote. Trims are 5/4x6 including the corner posts.

Siding

This is a combination of 2"x2" slate tiles, slate mosaics, and marble pencil trims.

Bar backsplash

This is a picture of the exterior of the home after the addition of the Great Room. We added on everything to the right of the front porch.
