For this project, we created a new master suite on the second floor by adding over the existing garage. The master suite contains a study, bedroom, dressing room and a master bath with water closet. The house was completley reconfigured to yeild 5 bedrooms with a nanny's quarter and a guest suite. The kitchen, dining room and den were relocated and a new mudroom was created. All windows were replaced, all sytems upgraged and the house was resided.
