The Barnett home was built in the 1980's, providing our team with a challenging project. The floor plan was modified to an open concept consolidating the kitchen, dining room and living room together, including a 16 foot glass slider opening to the large patio space. This gave the open concept plan a direct view to the beautiful back yard, bringing the outdoors inside. The Barnett home is currently under construction for Phase 2, including the Master Bedroom & bathroom. Phase 2 floor plan was modified to create a walk-in closet, large master bath shower and functional bathroom layout.
