Basement remodel. This basement started of as an unfinished basement with bare studs. We added a structural beam that was needed, then built a chase to hide the beam and HVAC trunk line. The existing gas, electrical, and plumbing lines had to be moved up into the floor system before installing the drywall. The existing 6x6 support posts were encased in custom built wood columns with inset panels on the column bases, drywall tops, and crown molding to finish them off. Hand scraped laminate wood and carpet flooring were also installed. And, of course indoor putting green is a must!
