Home owner basement was in a complete mess. There was serious water damage from single pane windows. We did a full gut on the basement. Drylock 3 coats of all foundation walls for waterproofing barrier. We then framed basment walls and some extra storage rooms for client. New electrical wiring was done for basement and plumbing we did our best at keeping everything in between floor joist because we knew that we had to sheetrock the ceiling . The floor was leveled to prep for install of vinyl flooring. From start to finish it was a smooth process
