A complete basement transformation designed for everyday living, entertaining, and added functionality.
This remodel features a new double door entry leading directly out to the backyard patio, bringing in natural light and creating an easy indoor-outdoor connection. A custom luxury staircase sets the tone as you enter the finished space, while the new laundry room adds both style and convenience with a butcher block countertop and built in storage.
The main living area includes a custom built in entertainment center surrounding the TV, creating a clean, polished focal point. An adjoining office area was finished with a fireplace and reclaimed railroad-tie mantle for warmth and character.
In the back of the basement, we created a finished flex room with a kitchenette and paneled walls perfect for hosting, relaxing, or creating a private hangout space. We also maintained a dedicated unfinished mechanical and storage room, complete with space for an extra refrigerator and all the practical needs of the home.
Every detail was designed to make this basement feel like a true extension of the house not just a lower level.
