This project was a complete basement renovation. originally the basement was comprised of several rooms that were closed off including a laundry area. We opened up all the walls for an open floor plan, enclosed the laundry and heating system into closeted areas. Made a cute nook in dead space under the stairs. Build a custom oak bar with a granite tile top. Installed ceramic tile to the entire floor space. Hid an ugly old column behind beautiful moldings. Encased the electrical service behind a gaming cabinet that is all ready for the customer to hang a dartboard. Built a custom oak liquor insert behind the bar.
