A pedestal sink means lack of storage. Solution? A linen cabinet! We bought a TV armoir at a thrift store for $100, cut out the center of the doors and added glass. We added crown molding similar to our wainscoting on the top and gave it a few coats of paint.

What was once a closet, is now a subway tiled shower. These faucet handles were originally in the basement and the escutcheons were $6 from a local hardware store.

Our 1917 bathroom had lost its character somewhere along the way. We put some back in by stripping the painted door and restoring it to its original glory. Complete with new custom cut skeleton key!
Refinished Antique Door
After nearly a year of having only one picture hanging in the bathroom, I finally decided to take the plunge after finding a few frames at a thrift store that I liked. This is just the beginning and hopefully, I will add more in good time.
