Custom Mosaic Creations, Inc. This is all hand cut stain glass, which I purchased from Bullseye glass here in Portland, Or. I cut the back ground glass into 1X6 tiles, and the tree I got a real tree limb and traced that on the wall to mosaic in iridescent glass.
