Beach Bungalow

1920's Beach Bungalow was modernized on a tight budget with focus on opening up the kitchen, inserting a series of small pergolas and water features to enhance outdoor living space, and mitigate traffic noise.

Exterior of Beach Bungalow was revised with new Pergola, enlarged seating area in front yard, updated pallet and authentic painted wood shutters sized to windows.
