A complete remodel of the Alki 3-bedroom condo. New custom cabinets and slab countertops in the kitchen, pantry, and primary bathroom. New Hardwood flooring throughout the entire condo. New tile in shower and floor in the guest bathroom. All new millwork, including interior doors, door casings, baseboards, and vertical shiplap wallcovering. We added a custom-designed glass insert for privacy at the kitchen window. The STS residential electrical team upgraded all electrical to meet city code standards and added new lighting fixtures.
