Feel right at home and breathe the fresh air at this beautiful beach home. Our company had the privilege of working with wonderful clients on there second beach home, which Michelle Guerrero (designer), did lead design on both construction plans. For this project our company was contracted for construction plan services only. We provided the construction documents required for a builder or homeowner to acquire their permit. Avant Desyn was not involved in final client selections regarding colors and specific material selections. The clients on both projects did a phenomenal job interior decorating their homes.
