This home required a complete gut renovation, removing everything down to the floor boards. A new porch was created and the ceiling raised to add light to a family room, an old and leaky solarium was removed and replaced with an octagonal bay window in the dining room with new custom panelling, a laundry room transformed to a wet bar, and the kitchen was expanded to create a seamless kitchen with custom builtins where every appliance is hidden and a breakfast nook. Four new full bathrooms and a powder bathroom were all designed with custom vanities, Waterworks fixtures and marble details.
