The hip roof trusses on this beach home allowed for removal of interior walls to completely open up this home and provide lots of living space for the client's family and friends to enjoy. The beach side opens up to a large deck with two NanaWall doors. Oak flooring was used on the fireplace wall with a surround built of Brazilian honed slate.
