Small beach cottage, completely renovated with a new sun-room and screened in porch added on. Kitchen renovation included adding blue bead board shaker style cabinets with quartz counters and a white farmers sink. Cathedral ceilings were added to the main living area to give the house a open spacious feel. A sun-room with windows on all exterior walls add not only a lot of additional space but a lot of beautiful sunshine. This was a custom job for a client that made beautiful selections in all areas! This home was small and dated when they purchased and they came up with a vision of what they wanted it to be and we were happy to complete their vision just the way they wanted.
