Beach luxury home

Luxury home was given a fresh, contemporary look. The spaces are bright and cheerful, but given touches of soothing blue and dark elements, bringing about beautiful results.

This dining room and kitchen area are open flow plan, which makes it great for entertaining and chatting. The openness also allows for lots of natural light to brighten up the space. The space is beautiful and functional.

The glass tiled wall echoes the motion of the ocean in this beachside home. The white cabinetry reflects the ample lighting, making the space bright and cheerful. Glass upper-cabinetry and glass range hood further the feeling of openness and spaciousness.

This luxury kitchen is ready for appliances, and also includes lots of storage space. The white helps keep the space open and bright, The kitchen is both functional and beautiful with the eat-on island; and no space is wasted.

This perspective of the kitchen shows the implied motion of the blue glass tile backsplash. The glass of the cabinets and range hood further influence the feeling of bright and open. The kitchen is awaiting the new owners' appliances.

Here's a kitchen close-up, in which you see the balance and beauty of blue glass tiles with white cabinetry. The blue glass tile mosaic reminds the occupant of the moving ocean, just outside. The glass cabinets are lit for display. The glass range hood coordinates and blends in.

Here is a view from the kitchen island, past the dining room and toward the entry. The open floor plan optimizes the space so that a family (or group of friends) can be together. Lots of light and glass really emphasize that the occupant is near the beach.

The open floor plan is apparent from the living room view. Light from the windows brightens the room, which is decorated in soothing neutrals and light blues. It's clear to see the entry and dining room. Great for entertaining and togetherness.

This downstairs bathroom is open and bright, with beach-colored neutrals. The shower and tub are open to maximize the light, open space. Modern vessel sinks are a smart design element.

No space is wasted, as the niche with diagonal lines is both useful and adds interest. The tan walls are soothing with the collection of neutral colors in this bathroom. Large offset floor tiles are a touch of class.

This bathroom features integrated double sinks on the vanity, as well as 2 framed mirrors and fun lighting. A bit of color is added in the glass mosaic backsplash. The open plan look to the shower is maintained with a pony wall.

The vertical stripe in the shower is a fun element, however the overall tone is of practical and masculine. The glass mosaic backsplash adds the color to the neutral color scheme. Single handle faucets complement the integrated double sinks on the vanity.

The upstairs stairway landing is a work of art in itself. The sandy color of the walls reminds the viewer that we're at the beach. Three openings keep the space open, and add an element of surprise. The window keeps the space full of light.

Soothing neutral colors are used in the master bedroom, but the white bedding and trim along with the dark wood accents really provide contrast; with dramatic results. The hardwood floors are practical and beautiful.
