This home is located in a beautiful coastal town, walking distance from the beach. With a small stream running by and the view into the valley, this is the owners getaway. Previously outdated and with a material palette that absorbed light and made the space feel dark. The idea was to lighten up the home and bring as much light into the space as possible. By removing walls and updating the materials the home opened up, and now feels as though it gained extra square feet.
