This residence is located near a popular Lake Michigan beach town. The building itself boasts the charm of a historical small town near the water's edge. The interior of this historical building reflects a coastal style, or in this case, an elevated lakeshore style. The condo was furnished with new seating arrangements, tables, rugs, bedframes and light fixtures. To enjoy the view from their upstairs deck, a new outdoor seating arrangement and fireplace were installed.
