This villa facing the Ocean was originally built in the Eighties and the Client wanted a modern remodeling. The Project gave it a new design, with new custom windows, new cedar siding, new zinc roofs and entrances. I collaborated with RBA Architecture for the general main idea and I took care of most of the construction details
