With no usable back yard space, we incorporated an entertaining space in the large front yard. Dining and cooking now takes place under a pergola with privacy fence. Drought tolerant plants and new concrete walkway complete the front yard renovation. The unused side yard was redesigned to include an outdoor shower that now sits beside a new exterior door, a teak deck and lots of greenery.
