The work involves power washing all stucco on the front of the home, repairing delaminating stucco on the foundation wall to match existing texture, and patching/repairing foam bands at windows and quoins. Additionally, knockdown texture was applied to one foundation wall, and two coats of LoxonXP were applied to all stucco, bands, and quoins. Surface seal caulking was applied to windows and doors on the front of the home, and clear surface seal caulking was applied to existing windows and doors on the right, left, and rear elevations. Finally, new white fascia (approximately 12 linear feet) was installed on the garage side where the existing fascia had separated from the wall.
