This house was built in the early 2000's and the kitchen cabinets reflected that. They were heavily grained with dark stain. New doors, stacked cabinets to the ceiling and added elements to the island gave this space an updated modern feel. The high bar that separated the family room and kitchen was removed to create a huge eating bar. The contrasting navy color brought out the beautiful blue tones in the granite.
