So much to see here. we removed the divided random wall when you walk in, opened up the kitchen wall added a bar area, and can we talk about the Ceiling? yes, we did that, we raised the ceilings and boy what a big difference that made.

so, as you see in the before photo this was the family/dining room that was connected to the kitchen. We closed off the room making the house from a 2/2 into a 3/2. Who does not like an extra bedroom? Featuring a slider door to an outside paver patio to enjoy the canal.
