When our young clients set out to purchase a new-build nestled in the hills of Bel Air, they knew they wanted to make the 8,000 square foot estate a family home that felt distinct, personal, and timeless. Luckily for all involved, the residence was still in the midst of construction and since very few materials had been installed, it was the perfect moment for us to add some thoughtful glamour to the mix. Collaborating closely with the sellers, a luxury real estate development team, we worked swiftly (like, 8 months swiftly) to pivot the initial neutral-hued, crowd-pleasing design direction into something tailored, uncommon and artful - saturating the beautiful, detailed bones of the home with the most delightfully satisfying color palette, show-stopping surfaces, gorgeous light fixtures, plenty of pattern, and a rich collection of modern and vintage furnishings.
