This project was all about maximizing storage and organization The client wanted to incorporate her laundry area into the kitchen without being so obvious. Her contractor removed the wall around the laundry to make it part of the kitchen space. The island had to remain small to have the proper walk space, but we added a 6" deep cabinet on the back to give a bit more countertop space and storage.
