A love of the earthiness of natural walnut became the springboard for many of the selections in this project. Using walnut as the material we would use to cover much of the floor and ceiling surfaces in this home, we then began introducing silk in the rugs, linen on upholstery, suede on wallcoverings, and warm light for a layered, cocoon like effect.
