And Baby Makes Three – Modern Kitchen Makeover for a Growing Family
My client’s Ashley and Kent's 1950’s-era Berkeley bungalow was barely 1000 sq ft., but they had big plans for their little home, including a baby on the way.
A structural remodel (designed by Ashley), added much needed square footage to the tiny house. After the construction crew had their way with the walls and ceilings, the once miniscule kitchen became the focal point of the house.
A strategically placed pantry allowed the couple to forego wall-hung cabinets. This subtle omission minimized distracting visual clutter and beautifully showcased newly vaulted ceilings and modern accent lighting.
