Kitchen remodeling (new countertops and tile backsplash, refinished cabinets, new appliances, and new PVC bead board ceiling and crown trim); Dining Room remodeling (new full height wainscot trim, wallpapering, and fixtures; Powder Room remodeling (new fixtures and wallpaper; Eat-in area and Family Room (new PVC bead board ceiling); garage floor coated with decorative epoxy based sealer; and, Foyer, main entry hallway, and main stairway (new millwork trim and column surrounds). Replaced all projecting fire sprinkler heads with recessed into ceiling sprinkler heads. New recessed lighting for the complete first floor.
