All rooms on all floors in this 1920s Colonial Revival home were reconsidered in this extensive, fine-tuned renovation. Removal of an entire chimney mass made the open and airy design possible. The large kitchen and dining space is the center of the new, open design. A living room and family room extend from either end of the central gathering space.
The spacious, white Carrara marble bath was added to create a comfortable master suite. An upstairs television room was designed for evening relaxation, and the third floor stairs were opened to create an inviting and useful third floor office and retreat.
