Through a small narrow side entrance into the old kitchen, it was clear that efficiency and flow were key ingredients that would go into the new design. The newly remodeled space opened up the separating wall to create a large "great-room" feeling into the adjacent living room and allows for multiple traffic paths through the kitchen on each side of the new eat-in island with built-in sink. A rich, creamy, and dark palette compliments the openness of the naturally day-lit space and high ceilings.
