Originally built in the late 1990s, this Mediterranean-style home underwent a complete transformation with every room thoughtfully redesigned to better suit modern living. By opening up the kitchen and main living spaces, we created a bright, expansive floor plan that feels both elegant and welcoming.

At the heart of the renovation is a beautifully appointed kitchen featuring an oversized island, custom white oak cabinetry, and thoughtfully integrated storage solutions that balance style with everyday functionality. The primary bathroom was redesigned into a calming, spa-inspired retreat while the home office, laundry room and three additional bathrooms received equally refined updates with carefully curated finishes and details.

Working alongside interior designer Joseph Troskie made this renovation especially memorable resulting in a home that is as timeless as it is beautifully functional.
