A determined couple transforms a generic backyard into the outdoor gathering space of their dreams. It becomes their go-to spot early in the morning to have coffee and in the evening, with music playing, it becomes a wonderful place to relax or entertain….

Turning off the TV, muting their cell phones, they immerse themselves in tranquility . . . while lounging in the private retreat near the backyard waterfall. Soft lighting from lanterns adds a serene glow and the trickling flow of water soothes the senses.

When guests arrive, all is set to go, the built-in spa is open and ready to soak anxieties away . . . the fireplace toasty and inviting with plenty of seats, and the grill makes fast work on ‘al fresco’ dining.
