Our client on this project requested specific materials they had found for inspiration to incorporate into this complete bathroom makeover. Additionally, the client wished to increase the size of the shower and remove the small tub that was rarely used to gain more vanity space. A full height vanity splash with blue mosaic glass tiles created a brilliant focal wall backdrop to the custom designed and manufactured cabinetry. The multi-level vanity heights break up the counter and create an interesting and custom Carrera marble counter top surface. The frame less Alder cabinets were finished with SW Cordovan (3226) conversion varnish and the four boxed openings were trimmed with a custom metal chrome inset frame. The clear glass shower door displays the vertical waterfall tile framing the shower valve and shower head. Custom designed and constructed stained glass was added to the fixed window to provide privacy and a splash of artistic color. The bathroom was transformed from a builder series worn down bathroom, to a Blissfully Blue custom master bath retreat. Design, Build, and most of all, ENJOY!
