Condominium designed to replicate a turn of the century hotel. The lobby features a library, fireplace, and billiards room. All white oak millwork is stained, glazed, and hand rubbed to look aged.
Double 3’0” x 8’6” x 2 ¼” commercial entrance doors with radius top. Interior structure of 14 ply pine structure faced in 3/8” white oak skins.
Stepped architectural ovelo sticking. Leaded glass with 3/16” tempered I.G. panes. Four 5” x 5” brass butts each door; ball bearing. “T” astragal.
Top and bottom fixed door surface bolts, brass. White oak sill and bronze, interlocking threshold. 1 ½” nominal thickness arched jambs and stop.
Interior and exterior casing and back band, finger jointed at radius of white oak solids.
Side Lights:
Two 2’2’ x 8’0” x 2 ¼” cathedral side lights with leaded glass. Fixed. Detailed and finished like entrance doors.
Finish on entrance doors and sidelights stained, sealed and glazed. Interior to match lobby created by Eidolon. Exterior doors and side lights finished to match interior trim color. Top coat of Spar Varnish.
