These clients wanted the timelessness of a true navy blue, which we integrated into the interior design to echo the exterior colour of the home. They wanted to incorporate some new trends into their space, while ensuring the overall design would stand the test of time. We absolutely love how the wood beams and chevron shiplap fireplace façade turned out.

The floor plan of this home was designed around the clients wish for plenty of open common areas for entertaining friends and family, with the sound barrier and privacy of extra insulation to keep the little ones sleeping undisturbed no matter what’s happening in the rest of the house.

This home is performing at 63% better than a typical Standard Constructed home.
