In stark contrast to the clients’ rich and moody first + second floor, the request was to bring a fun, funky twist to the basement. Somewhere they could entertain year round, swanky enough for the adults and casual enough for the kids.

The basement features a custom wet bar, plenty big for a super bowl spread or an XL charcuterie board and a cantilevered integrated bar top for casual dining. Black + brass Brizo fixtures compliment graphic backsplash tile, metallic wallpaper and shou sugi wall cladding to take this space to the next level.
