To reduce water needs, a mediterranen drought tolerant landscape was provided for this beautiful shingled home. We left a little grass in the front, but the balance was given an 'Arroyo Seco' styled look. California Sycamores, Coast Live Oaks, granite cobble, and flagstone paths were repeated throughout.
