A last minute request by the homeowner before completing renovations to the 5,000 ft sq. riverfront home was "What can we do with the old, detached garage that is below the flood plain?". Stuart MacGregor designed and installed the entire structure with impervious stone, closed cell spray foam insulation and finished the interior including doors, cabinets and trim in PVC. The result is a low maintenance and virtually waterproof product. This garage/boathouse was hit by Super Storm Sandy and everything survived the storm.
