Manhatta Architecture was approached by clients who were interested in purchasing the unit above their duplex condominium to create a triplex. In the first phase, Manhatta Architecture performed a code and budget analysis. In the second phase, Manhatta Architecture filed the DOB drawings, developed the general contractor bid package and performed construction observation. The primary design goals were to provide efficient spaces and maximize natural light throughout.
