We renovated the living room, coffee bar and primary bathroom and bedroom of this Plano home taking it is from dated and drab to cool and contemporary.

The old nonfunctioning brick fireplace was refaced with bold porcelain tile and revamped from wood burning fireplace to a contemporary insert. The ceiling and walls were painted a soothing gray and accented with bold blue beams and rattan light shades. The flooring is a luxury vinyl plank, topped with a fabulous rug that ties in all the colors throughout.

The coffee bar cabinetry was replaced with a contemporary wood vanity and topped with white quartz, the alcove painted bold blue.

In the primary bathroom, the soaking tub was converted to a large walk in shower with frameless shower glass with gorgeous porcelain tile and mosaic backed shampoo niches. The jack and Jill style bathroom was converted to a large walk in closet and luxurious floating vanity was topped with beautiful LED mirror, quartz countertop and double vessel sinks. Additional cabinetry was installed in the walls in the bathroom and toilet room.
