A 1940's beach house renovated to serve as both a summer home and seasonal rental property. On the ground floor the walls between the kitchen, dining and living rooms were removed. New structure was put in to create an unobtrusive view along the south side of the home. The ground floor bedrooms and bathroom were renovated as well. A second bathroom and third bedroom were reclaimed from the attic space.
