We were asked to build this plan by clients of ours. It has 4 bedrooms up plus second floor laundry. The master bedroom boasts dual closets and a vaulted ceiling plus the 5pce en suite. The main floor is open and has a den, large mudroom, bar area, big dining room and a nicely appointed kitchen.
