A small leak turned into a kitchen redo. We gutted the cabinets and designed a more functional island with storage on both sides and we lowered the island from bar height on one side, to counter height all the way around. It's a dreamy work space with a beautiful Quartzite counter top and farmhouse sink and fixtures. We also took a small barely able to walk-in pantry, and put in a pull out pantry that utilizes every inch of available storage. We added a pull out trash under the counter and a pull out microwave, making more room for cooking prep and entertaining.
