A small property that was a gem in the rough. A meandering pea gravel path leads to a quiet seating area surrounded by foliage and perennials. New retaining walls replaced what remained of the old, collapsed retaining walls on both sides of the property; New railings on the upper deck opened up the view to the garden below while maintaining privacy to the sides. Stairs were added to the deck to unify the two spaces.
