We updated the curb appeal by selecting a more modern color scheme for the home, adding a new wood fence and colorful planting along the fence and front of house. Two new Olive trees were planting in the front yard to provide privacy from the street and pedestrians walking along the sidewalk.

The addition of two Olive trees provide 'green' screening at the homes large front windows, yet allow light into the front rooms.
