The beautiful home replaced a very dated structure. The site has an old cranberry bog on one side, and a marsh with Cape Cod Bay beyond on the other side. The building envelope was quite small, and the Conversation Commission carefully monitored the project. REEF designed, permitted and built this beautiful 4-bedroom home, including a 1st floor Master Suite, office, open floor plan, and 2nd floor living area overlooking Cape Cod Bay. As always, the home was delivered on time, and at budget.
