Our international client requested lighting design, segregation of the walking closet in the master bedroom, wall coverings, window treatments and complete decor. We added so-fits with recessed LED lighting in the living room and two bedrooms, and added electrical for the installation of a ceiling fixture over the dining room. We reduced the opening of the walking closet in master bedroom, installed a bi-fold mirror door for privacy while providing a full length mirror solution. A plain mirror in the guest bathroom was replaced for a back lit LED mirror. We designed, produced and installed motorized window treatments consistent of drapes, motorized blackouts in the bedrooms and solar roller shades in the living room. We also installed wallpaper on different walls throughout the condo. We designed a wall mount TV Unit configuration to satisfy the storage an aesthetic requirements of our client. We selected and installed all the indoor and outdoor furniture, furnishings and accessories showcased in this project providing our turnkey services.
