This 1940's Old Austin cottage needed a complete overhaul to make it work for the new owners. We added a 2nd floor and semi-attached casita that is connected to the home by a breezeway. Now there are more bedrooms, more bathrooms, multiple play areas for the kids, outdoor living space, guest quarters, and a home office.
