This project involved both Architectural and Interior design. The plan required re-design and expansion of the main area of the house with an addition onto the rear of the space, new space plan and total re-working of kitchen, modification of Master bedroom with re-design and. updating of Bath. The client wanted to add Nano wall doors to the back of the house to the patio. To do this, the existing roof had to be raised to 12 feet to accomplish this. The client was thrilled with their new open and up-dated space.
