A comprehensive Chablais European window and door installation for a custom shingle-style home in Brooklyn, NY. The project encompasses the complete fenestration package — every window and door across three floors, the wraparound covered porch, and two private terraces.

The package includes mahogany tilt-and-turn windows, fixed picture windows, custom Dutch-style entry doors with hand-forged iron grilles, French casement doors, and oversized aluminum-clad lift-and-slide doors opening to terraces. All units are custom sized to the architectural drawings — no two openings are identical.

Frame construction is solid African Mahogany and French Oak with aluminum cladding on the exterior of selected units for low-maintenance weather performance. Triple-pane glazing throughout for thermal efficiency. Hardware is German-engineered (G-U lift-and-slide gear, AGB and Maco multi-point locking) with hand-forged iron grilles for the entry doors.
